Easy Sausage Cheese Balls
These easy sausage balls with Cheddar are easy to make with baking mix. They are great for appetizers or for breakfast! They can be frozen before or after baking.
Ingredients :
- 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 3 cups baking mix
Directions :
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix cheese, sausage, and dry baking mix together in a large bowl until well combined; shape mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Serve hot.
